Serge Gelfenbeyn is a passionate personal trainer, avid health coach, and expert mindset mentor dedicated to continual learning and development.
Before immigrating to Canada over twenty years ago, Serge represented the Red Army Sport Club as a weightlifter, competing in various weightlifting tournaments. He has since continued to compete and further develop his deep knowledge on nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, personal training and competition.
In 2006, Serge entered in his first Bodybuilding competition and continues to compete to this day.
Dedicating himself to continual personal learning and development, Serge is a passionate personal trainer and avid competitor. “It really depends on what you are trying to achieve,” says Serge.
